What do I hang the EV-300 from?

Any rated hook that can take the load: a crane, a telehandler or forklift with a jib, or an overhead hoist in the shop. It hangs by its lifting eye. It also fits our GRM250 glass robot in place of the manual cups.

Does it need an air compressor or a power cord?

No. It carries its own 12 V battery and automatic charger in the control box, and makes its own vacuum. A display shows the battery level.

What happens if the vacuum drops?

The cups run on two separate circuits, each with its own reserve, and each circuit has its own gauge and an alarm you can see and hear. If one circuit loses vacuum, the alarm goes off and the other circuit is still holding.

How heavy a pane can it take?

Up to 661 lb (300 kg) of glass. The cradle itself weighs 108 lb (49 kg), plus 9 lb (4 kg) for the lifting eye, so allow for that on your hook.

The EV-300 turns the lifting equipment you already have into a glass lifter. Hang it from a rated hook on your crane, telehandler or forklift jib, set the cups on the pane, press grab, and lift up to 661 lb of glass into place.

It carries its own 12 V battery, so there is no air hose or cord to drag around the site. Two separate vacuum circuits each hold their own reserve, and if the vacuum drops an alarm sounds and lights up, so the operator knows before anything moves.
